Passing basketball: bounce pass, chest pass and overhead pass

Chest Pass

Chest pass is a technique of passing the ball from the front,
more precisely in front of the chest. This technique is used when in a free state.
The starting position in this technique is the same as the bounce pass,
where you hold the ball at chest level. Spread your feet shoulder width apart,
then lean forward. After that, throw the ball from the chestto the chest of your teammate. Match the power of your
throw with the distance of your teammates

Bounce Pass

The bounce pass technique is done by bouncing to the floor at a point 2/3 of
the distance between you and your teammates. This technique is suitable
if your opponent is guarding you tightlly First, hold the ball with both hands at chest level.
Make a throw using both hands by pushing the ball downwards with a distance of
about 1/3 to a teammate who will receive the ball.

Overhead Pass

An overhead pass, as the name suggests, is a technique of
passing the ball to your teammates by going over the head of your opponent.
This technique is to avoid opponents who are right in front of you.
It's worth noting, this technique is good to use if your teammate is taller.
First, position yourself in front of your teammate and spread your feet
shoulder-width apart. Next, position the ball above your head,
then throw it over your opponent's head. To increase throwing power,
keep both knees straight when throwing
